What it does
MUZN HRM is the system your payroll month runs on. It calculates payroll including GOSI contributions and end-of-service benefits, and prepares the WPS salary file ready to upload. It tracks leave on Hijri and Gregorian dates, Ramadan working hours, Iqama expiries and Saudization, and takes attendance from biometric terminals, with rosters and overtime.
It is a separate product from the People & HR module of the MUZN Unified Platform, which covers staff records, leave routing, hiring and performance but not payroll.

Deployment and hosting
One deployment per client
Each product runs as its own deployment for your company, with your branding, your data and your users. It is not a shared account.
Hosted by MUZN IT in Saudi Arabia
We run your deployment on servers in the Kingdom. Support levels, response times and update schedules are written into your agreement.
On your own servers
The deployment runs inside your own infrastructure. Whether your IT team or ours operates it day to day is agreed in the proposal.
In a cloud region you choose
If your organisation needs a region outside the Kingdom, we deploy there. The proposal states the location.

Questions about MUZN HRM
Does HRM replace the HR module of the Unified Platform?
They are separate products. The Platform’s People & HR module covers staff records, leave routing, hiring and performance. Payroll, payslips, attendance and WPS and GOSI files are in HRM.
Does it send the WPS file to the bank for us?
It prepares the WPS salary file ready for you to upload. Whether a direct connection to your bank is set up for your company is scoped in the proposal.
Which attendance terminals does it support?
It takes attendance from biometric terminals. We confirm compatibility with your terminal models at the scoping session, before the proposal is written.
Does it handle Hijri dates and Ramadan hours?
Yes. Leave is tracked on Hijri and Gregorian dates, and Ramadan working hours are supported.
Can it run alongside the MUZN Unified Platform?
Yes, as separate products. How the two are connected for your company, for example payroll postings into finance, is scoped in the proposal.
Where is the data hosted?
You choose: servers in Saudi Arabia run by MUZN IT, your own servers, or a cloud region you name. Employee data is in your deployment alone.
