- Starts with
- A demo, then a written proposal
What it does
The Partnership Portal is for companies where the owners run the business together and the team shares in its success. Owners vote on decisions in one place, with the rules for each type of decision built in. Equity and capital accounts keep a history that always totals 100%. Employees and agents work to agreed KPIs and see their own benefit amounts, which no manager or colleague can see.
It is set up as your own deployment. Which parts you use and how they are hosted is confirmed in your written proposal.
Who it is for
-
Owner-partners
Who govern the company together and want decisions, capital and equity on one record.
-
Finance owner
Who prepares distributions and payout runs for another owner to approve.
-
Managers
Who agree KPIs with their people and review progress.
-
Employees and agents
Who work to KPIs and share in the profit, each seeing only their own amounts.
What is in it
This is what is built. What is set up for your company is confirmed in writing.
Governance
- Owner votes with rules by decision type: admitting an owner needs every owner, removing one needs every other owner, money decisions need two
- Equity as a history that always totals 100%, with a cap table
- Owners’ minutes, in draft and then final, and final is never edited
Capital and distributions
- A capital account for each owner, built from the ledger
- Contributions and withdrawals decided by the other owners
- Distributions by equity from profit that exists, with reserves that can be set aside
People and benefits
- People and agents, with their engagement and manager
- KPIs agreed by the person, their manager and an owner other than the person
- Benefit plans with terms in English and Arabic, accepted by each person
- A profit-share pool set as a percentage of each quarter’s profit
- Payout runs prepared by one owner and approved by another
Records and planning
- An asset register
- A document library with who may open each document, and versions kept
- Plan against actual, and a cash forecast
Working with it
- Arabic and English, with right-to-left layouts
- Printable benefit statements
- Spreadsheet import that lists every problem before anything changes
Deployment and hosting
One deployment per client
Each product runs as its own deployment for your company, with your branding, your data and your users. It is not a shared account.
Hosted by MUZN IT in Saudi Arabia
We run your deployment on servers in the Kingdom. Support levels, response times and update schedules are written into your agreement.
On your own servers
The deployment runs inside your own infrastructure. Whether your IT team or ours operates it day to day is agreed in the proposal.
In a cloud region you choose
If your organisation needs a region outside the Kingdom, we deploy there. The proposal states the location.
How a project starts
-
Demo
We walk through the portal with sample data and your questions.
-
Scoping conversation
We confirm owners, team size, which parts you use and hosting.
-
Written terms
Scope, hosting and support terms are written down before anything is set up.
Questions about the Partnership Portal
How do we get started?
Book a demo. We walk through the portal with sample data, confirm scope and hosting, and send a written, itemised proposal before anything is charged.
Who can see a person’s benefit amounts?
The person and the owners. Managers, finance staff and colleagues cannot see them, and the system is built so that a screen cannot show them to someone else.
Does it replace our legal agreements?
No. It records votes, terms and acceptance. The legal terms of equity and benefit plans come from your own advisers.
Does it support Arabic?
Yes. It works in Arabic and English with right-to-left layouts, and benefit plan terms are held in both languages.
Where is it hosted?
As your own deployment: in the Kingdom, on your own servers, or in a cloud region you name.
See who votes, who holds what and who sees what.
Tell us about your company and what you want one source of truth for. We reply with next steps and a time for a demo.
