What it does
Laundry Management runs the laundry counter in staff and worker housing. The operator scans a resident’s barcode and the screen loads the resident: bed, room, building, service window and what is left of the monthly quota. The operator taps in the pieces, confirms the drop and prints a thermal slip. Pickup works the same way, in its own mode.
The counter runs as a Windows desktop app, with keyboard shortcuts for scanning, adding items, switching windows and confirming the drop.

Deployment and hosting
One deployment per client
Each product runs as its own deployment for your company, with your branding, your data and your users. It is not a shared account.
Hosted by MUZN IT in Saudi Arabia
We run your deployment on servers in the Kingdom. Support levels, response times and update schedules are written into your agreement.
On your own servers
The deployment runs inside your own infrastructure. Whether your IT team or ours operates it day to day is agreed in the proposal.
In a cloud region you choose
If your organisation needs a region outside the Kingdom, we deploy there. The proposal states the location.
Counter hardware
Scanners and slip printers can be included in the same proposal, supplied and installed by MUZN IT. Printer and scanner models are confirmed at scoping.
How a project starts
-
Demo
We run a drop and a pickup on the counter screen with sample data.
-
Scoping session
We confirm buildings, service windows, item list and quota rules, and the hardware at the counter.
-
Written proposal
Itemised scope, milestones and support terms. Nothing is charged until you approve it.
-
Set-up and go-live
We set up your deployment, load residents, install the counter app and go live with you.
Questions about Laundry Management
Does it run on a tablet or a Mac?
The counter runs as a Windows desktop app. If your counter uses other devices, tell us at the scoping session.
How are quotas handled?
Each resident has a monthly piece quota. The counter shows total, used and remaining, and credit can be applied to a resident’s quota.
What is the pending batch warning?
When a resident has an earlier open batch, the counter warns about it so that it can be merged before the slip is printed.
Which slip printers work with it?
It prints thermal slips. We confirm printer models at the scoping session.
Where is the data hosted?
You choose: servers in Saudi Arabia run by MUZN IT, your own servers, or a cloud region you name.
