Set up in Saudi Arabia
For founders and foreign companies starting operations in the Kingdom. We coordinate with licensed providers for company registration and licensing, and we set up the practical side: offices, equipment, business email and the systems to run the company from the first day.
Who it is for
Founders opening a Saudi company, foreign companies establishing a presence in the Kingdom, and teams that already hold their licence and now need the operation set up.
What is in scope
Each part is quoted as its own lines, so you can take some from us and others elsewhere.
Set-up coordination
- Working with the licensed providers you already use, or with providers we coordinate with, on registration and licensing steps
- A checklist of the steps and documents in the order they depend on each other
- Tracking each step, and telling you what is waiting on whom
Office and IT
- Network, Wi-Fi and structured cabling
- Meeting-room AV and printing
- Server room or cloud set-up where you need one
Equipment
- Laptops, desktops and peripherals
- Servers and networking equipment
- Supplied and installed by MUZN IT
Email, hosting and website
- Business email on your domain
- Web hosting
- A bilingual website where you need one
Business systems
- Finance with VAT, procurement and approvals
- HR and payroll with GOSI and WPS
- Arabic and English documents
What you receive
- A sequenced set-up plan, with the dependencies between steps
- Equipment and systems installed, configured and tested
- Accounts, access and documentation handed over
- One point of contact at MUZN IT for the practical side
What we need from you
- Your plan for the business: activity, locations and expected number of people on day one
- The documents the licensed provider asks for, in the form they ask for them
- Decisions on office, equipment and systems
- Your authority to engage providers on your behalf, where you want us to coordinate
How it is quoted
Custom and itemised. Coordination, office IT, equipment and systems are separate lines. Government and licensed-provider fees are set by those bodies and are shown separately from our work.
What shapes the quote
- Number of people and locations
- Which systems you need from day one
- Equipment to be supplied and installed
- Whether registration coordination is in scope
Questions about setting up in Saudi Arabia
Do you register the company yourselves?
No. Registration and licensing are handled by licensed providers. We coordinate with them, keep the sequence moving and set up everything operational around it.
Can you help if we have no one in Saudi Arabia yet?
Yes, for the practical side: offices, equipment and systems, and coordination with providers where you authorise it. The legal structure itself is advised by your licensed provider.
How long does set-up take?
It depends on the licensed providers and authorities involved and on what you need installed. The proposal gives you the sequence and the dependencies, not a promise about dates we do not control.
Can we take only the IT and equipment part?
Yes. Each part is quoted as its own lines.
Do you provide legal or tax advice?
No. For legal and tax advice we coordinate with licensed providers.
Tell us what you are setting up.
Send us the activity, the location and the number of people on day one. We reply with next steps and a sequence for the set-up.
