Do you survey before quoting?
Yes. The quote follows the survey, so the lines reflect the site as it is.
Can the work be done outside office hours?
Access windows, including out-of-hours work, are agreed in the proposal.
Do you supply the equipment as well?
Yes, supplied and installed by MUZN IT, and listed as separate lines in the proposal.
Do you document what you install?
Yes. As-built documentation with labels is one of the deliverables.
Can you support it after installation?
Yes, through managed support, with response times written into an agreement.
