What it does
Sufra is catering management software for companies that feed sites, camps and offices every day and settle with their clients every month. Clients order by service date from their own portal. The kitchen gets cooking sheets and the dispatch team gets packing lists per client. The month ends with a statement the client can check line by line, and dispute or complain about inside the same system.
Clients, operators and your internal team each work in their own portal, with one sign-in.
Who uses it
-
Catering manager
Plans menus, sees what each client has ordered for each service date, and settles with clients every month.
-
Kitchen supervisor
Works from the cooking sheets instead of messages and phone calls.
-
Dispatch and logistics
Packs against a list per client so each site gets what it ordered.
-
Client site coordinator
Orders for the days ahead, checks the statement and raises a dispute or complaint in one place.
-
Finance and accounts
Issues monthly statements and works through disputed lines.

Deployment and hosting
One deployment per client
Each product runs as its own deployment for your company, with your branding, your data and your users. It is not a shared account.
Hosted by MUZN IT in Saudi Arabia
We run your deployment on servers in the Kingdom. Support levels, response times and update schedules are written into your agreement.
On your own servers
The deployment runs inside your own infrastructure. Whether your IT team or ours operates it day to day is agreed in the proposal.
In a cloud region you choose
If your organisation needs a region outside the Kingdom, we deploy there. The proposal states the location.
How a project starts

Demo
We walk through an ordering day and a month-end with sample data.

Itemised scope, milestones and support terms. Nothing is charged until you approve it.
-
Set-up and go-live
We set up your deployment, load your clients and menus, train your team and go live with you.
Questions about Sufra
Who uses each portal?
Your clients use the client portal to order and review statements. Your kitchen and dispatch team use the operator portal. Your office team uses the internal portal. One sign-in covers them.
How do orders work?
Clients order by service date against the rotating menu. The kitchen sees cooking sheets and dispatch sees a packing list per client.
Can clients dispute a statement?
Yes. Monthly statements support line disputes, and complaints are recorded in the same system.
Does Sufra do e-invoicing?
Sufra produces the monthly statements. How they connect to your invoicing and to ZATCA e-invoicing requirements is confirmed in your proposal.
Where is the data hosted?
You choose: servers in Saudi Arabia run by MUZN IT, your own servers, or a cloud region you name.
