Terms of use and quotation terms

About these terms

These terms apply when you use muznit.com and when you request a quotation through it. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. "MUZN IT", "we" and "us" mean MUZN IT, Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, whose company details are at the top of this page. "You" means you and the business you act for.

Using the site

• Use it for lawful business purposes.
• Give accurate and current information in forms and quote requests, and only for a business you are entitled to act for.
• Do not interfere with the site, try to gain unauthorised access, probe it for weaknesses without our written permission, or overload it with automated requests.
• Do not copy the site systematically, for example by scraping it, or impersonate another person or company.

Information on the site

Descriptions of products and services, screens and examples are for general information. Screens show sample data and sample names and are labelled as such. What a product or service includes for your company, and how it applies to you, is stated in a written proposal or quotation.

Statements about Saudi regulations, such as e-invoicing, VAT, WPS, GOSI and data protection, are descriptive. They are not legal, tax or accounting advice, and the scope that applies to your company is confirmed in your proposal.

Requests for quotation and quotations

1. A request is not an order. Sending the contact form, or adding items to the quote list and sending it, is a request for quotation. It does not create an order or a contract, does not reserve stock, capacity or a delivery date, and does not oblige either side.
2. The written quotation governs. We reply with a written quotation or proposal that states the scope, quantities, specification, delivery or milestones, what is excluded, the price, VAT, payment terms and how long the quotation is valid. Anything said before it, including on this website, in a call or in a message, is indicative.
3. A contract is formed on acceptance. A contract exists only when you accept a written quotation or proposal in the way it states and MUZN IT confirms it in writing. Until then either side may withdraw, and a quotation lapses at the end of its validity period.
4. Prices and VAT. This website shows no prices. A price applies only if it appears in a written quotation, for the validity period stated in it, in Saudi riyals unless the quotation says otherwise. VAT is added at the rate in force.
5. Changes. A change to the scope, quantities or specification after a quotation is accepted is agreed in writing and may change the price and the timeline.
6. Availability and lead times given before a quotation are indicative. Hardware is supplied and installed by MUZN IT as stated in the quotation, and any warranty is as stated in the quotation and the manufacturer's terms.

Payment

This website does not take payment: it accepts no card payments and no other online payment. Payment terms are written into the quotation or agreement. Where a quotation allows payment by bank transfer, the bank details are given in the quotation or in the order confirmation, and an amount counts as paid only when MUZN IT has received it.

Projects, hosting and support

Software projects, hosting and support are governed by the written agreement between you and MUZN IT. If these terms and that agreement differ, the agreement prevails. The agreement states who owns what and under which licence, where data is hosted, and the support levels, response times and update schedule.

Intellectual property

The content of this site, the name MUZN IT and the MUZN logo belong to MUZN IT or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own business use. Please do not copy, republish or reuse them without our written permission. Rights in software, custom work and documentation delivered under a project are as stated in the written agreement for it.

What you send us

You remain responsible for the information and files you submit, and you confirm that you may share them with us. We use them to reply and to prepare a proposal, as the privacy notice describes. Please do not send us confidential material, personal data of other people or files you do not need us to see until a written agreement covers them.

Links to other services

Links to WhatsApp, social profiles or other sites lead to services we do not control. Their own terms apply, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep the site available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access, and we may change or withdraw content at any time. The site and its general information are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, MUZN IT is not liable for loss arising from reliance on the general information on this site, or for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use. Liability under a project, hosting or support agreement is as stated in that agreement. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law and disputes

These terms, and any quotation or order made through this website, are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We would like to resolve any disagreement by talking first: write to support@muznit.com. If that does not resolve it, the competent courts in Riyadh have jurisdiction, unless the written agreement between you and MUZN IT provides otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. A change does not alter a quotation or agreement already accepted. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
