Our products are not locked to a sector. A company that runs on finance, purchasing, people and approvals fits the Unified Platform and MUZN HRM whatever it sells. If your process is different, custom development starts from how you work.
-
Tell us what you run today
A short form or a call: the systems you use, how many people use them, and what hurts. You hear from a person.
-
Scoping session
We meet the people involved and confirm users, modules, data to bring across, hosting and the Saudi requirements that apply.
-
Your written proposal
Itemised scope, milestones, timeline and support terms. Nothing is charged until you approve it.
About the sector pages.
Are there separate editions of the products for each sector?
No. The products are general; each deployment is configured for your company during set-up. The sector pages describe where the fit is typically strongest and what we ask at scoping.
Can one proposal cover a company that works across two sectors?
Yes. A contractor that also runs a staff camp, or a caterer that also trades, gets one written proposal that lists each part of the scope separately.
What if we are in a sector you do not list?
Tell us how you operate. The modules for finance, purchasing, people and approvals do not depend on the sector, and anything specific to your process is scoped as custom development.
Do the sector pages say a product is approved by a Saudi authority?
No. They describe what the software handles. For ZATCA e-invoicing the wording is that the software is built to work with the requirements, and the scope is confirmed in your proposal.
Tell us how your company runs today.
A consultant from our Riyadh team replies with next steps. A written, itemised proposal follows before any work starts.
