The daily problems

Where the work usually goes wrong.

01

You cannot invoice or hire until registrations are in place

A VAT number, a social-insurance number and a bank account each arrive in sequence, and your systems need them to be set up correctly.

02

An office with no IT

Network, laptops, business email and a printer have to be chosen, bought and installed before the first person can work.

03

The first hire brings obligations

Contracts, Iqama, GOSI registration and salary payment through WPS start with the first employee, not with the twentieth.

04

Two readers for the same numbers

A head office abroad reads English reports; local advisers and authorities need Arabic documents.

05

Not knowing what to buy first

A large ERP is more than a small company needs. Starting modular means you only set up what you use now.

Saudi requirements

What the software handles for you.

These are the Saudi regimes that touch this sector, and what the software does about each. Your proposal confirms which apply to your company. This is not legal advice; confirm obligations with your adviser.

RequirementWhat the software handles
VAT at 15%Invoices and purchases carry VAT per line from the first invoice, with the VAT number on the document.
ZATCA e-invoicingInvoicing is built to work with ZATCA e-invoicing requirements. The scope for your company is confirmed in your proposal.
Arabic documentsInvoices and statements can be issued in Arabic with English alongside, from one record.
GOSI, WPS, Iqama, SaudizationContributions, salary files, Iqama expiry dates and headcount tracking from the first employee.
Personal data (PDPL)Hosting location is your decision and is written into the agreement. Access to personal data is by role.

Saudi compliance

How a project starts

From first call to a working system.

The order differs a little by sector. The principle does not: a written scope comes first, and you test with your own data before anything goes live.

  1. Lay out the first twelve months

We list what must exist and in what order: office, equipment, accounts, first hires, first invoices.

  2. Buy the minimum that works

Equipment and systems for the first stage only, with an agreed path to add more.

  3. Set up finance and HR together

The first invoice and the first payroll run are tested before they are real.

  4. Review at each stage

As the company grows, the proposal is extended in writing, not renegotiated from scratch.

Questions

What buyers in this sector ask.

Do you register the company for us?

Registrations are made with the authorities and your licensed advisers. Our set-up service covers the support around them and the practical side: offices, equipment and systems. What we do is written in your proposal.

Can we work in English while our accountant works in Arabic?

Yes. The same record can be read in English by head office and issued in Arabic for local use.

Do we have to host in Saudi Arabia?

Not by default. Hosting in the Kingdom, your own servers or a global region are all options, and the right one depends on your data and your contracts.

Can we start with one module?

Yes. Modules are licensed per company, so you can start with finance or HR and add the others later.
